So things are alright, and I started warming my ankle back up. Good. I also read Erik and Andrew's blogs and they took pictures of their rooms and I really enjoyed it. It was really cool to see where they live and stuff, so I wanted to do the same. If anything it will help me remember my room. My dorm room was super different but this is the room I have lived in for 18 years and still do now (since its the summer). Here we go.

Enter. This is some random poster of metroid prime which is a gamecube game I was so frikken hardcore about when it came out. It's a really great game if you've never played it. ITs really funny that its still up there, mainly because i dont even have a gamecube nor play video games. But he guards shit quite well. Scares the cat I think.

This is my nightstand which as you can see is super crowded. Close ups:

So this is a little bowl I put finished bags in before I mail them. Here are 3 new clavens bags that are ready to be sent out over the next few days. Under that is a freedom footbags sticker and next to that some facile. You can see a 3 year old lonn bag peeking out from under the fabric.

Mr. Penske, my lamp, and my retainer (keepin' my grill fresh you know). Nothing else really. Put my phone there at night.

Where magic doesn't happen. (ladies, call 1-800-cleaver). One blanket cuz it gets really hot. Super nice and comfy though. Some bubble mailers on the bed for the bags to be sent out in.

Poster ashley danowski got me for my birthday ages ago. I really like the spiderman movies, but have never actually read the comic book. Chan has the same poster.

Pool order from the Rippin Run at steel city open last summer. Epic 86 contacter for the win against Flash. A really cool prize/souvenir from the jam. I like how they write my name different every time.

One of my most prized posessions. The contest winning prize for that footjam thing a few years back. Signed by felix, eric wulff, and I think vasek. Worth a lot to me.

Pretty lame wallpaper. Bob the builder poster from ashley for one of my birthdays. Some drawings of skating/a car/animals I did when I was younger. A cool picture of a 20 stair 50-50 I think I got with a pair of skating shoes a long time ago. That one thing with the bottles is done completley with dots. Pretty neat.

I took commercial art as a senior and one of the things we would do to warm up was throw shit on a table and draw it. So this was a bunch of random things the teacher had lying around. I never finished it, but I think I like it better that way. Its' not great, and I really don't think I have any talent, but I like the skull and the folds of the cloth.

A mess. The TV I watch tons of shred things on. No cable, just a vcr for videos. You can see Bionic Commandos right under the tv, best game boy game ever made. Also a wax hand I made with ashley when I was like 13 is to the right of the TV.

My mom put this up when she got sick of moving my trophies and shit around. CSS plaques, spike and shred stuff, my us open trophy, my us open and worlds medals, this thing from highschool, a turtle, and my certificate for being the best bagger in my grocery store. (if you dont know about me in the district bag off, im sorry, but im not relaying that story).

Facile. A belt. I have more fabric somewhere.

Another mess. A stereo I never use my sister gave me, some clothes, random scatters. The flash is cool in the mirror though. Big ass roll of amaretta up top.

The dreaded closet. Tons of shit that I don't wear, but a lot of it I do. I strarted hanign my shit after I got in the habit after college. It's better that way. Lots of boxes of lame stuff from my childhood.....

My first pair of lavers ever. Memories.

A fragment of my bag collection.

Oh god. When I pulled this shit out of my closet I nearly died laughing. These are pogs. Do you know what they are? Pogs were around in like, '97. They are cardboard, and you played this game where you hit them with metal and flipped them. I used to have hundreds of pogs. There are probably like, 300 in that box alone. If you want some david clavens pogs, let me know. I don't think anyone still plays pogs, but shit, if they get really rare one day, I got that shit covered.

Pokemon cards. Need I say more? The holy grail of all my childhood memorabilia. I spent probably $500 dollars on this shit. I loved it though. There are probably 500 cards in this box. I have the whole first set btw. Which is a big deal on any playground from the early 2000's. Step to my jolteon and I will drop electric energies like a thunderstorm. Pokemon cards are the shit and if you don't agree stop reading. (I'm open to trades. Looking for professor oak 1st edition. Willing to trade holographic raichu. <3)

There it is baby. The super nintendo. Got it first christmas it came out when I was like 7 I think. Lots of good times were had on that little bugger. May charge it up one day and go at some donkey kong country.

Proof that I love hacky. I can't bear to throw shoes out. Seen below: 2 brand new pairs of gunits, 1 really used pair, my first lavers, the lavers i won worlds in, the lavers i used all year at school, my new pair of white lavers, the lavers i play in right now, my climacools, one leather laver. (not pictured: my quantums, my blue lavers from the cleaver video).

A shirt I found while I was searching through my closet. Score!

US Open Medals. First place routines, First place Rippin Run, First Place Circle, 2nd Place Shred 30.

One of my most prized possesions. My us open trophy that I carried back on a plane and everyone was like wtf why do you have a trophy and I explained to the airline stewardess and she was all like "oh wow!".

A hat ashley made me for my birthday 2 years ago. I don't wear it a lot just because people don't know what it means, but I might rock it at worlds. It's really ill and I'm glad I have it. The medieval font just makes it. I should wear it more.
So that basically concludes my room, a place I don't even spend any time in really. I spend most of it outside or down here in my computer room. But I do like my room and you can tell it's kind of just an ongoing puzzle of my life. I still have a lot of stuff from when I was little and I can't really throw away things like my lavers or my medals or even stupid shit like my n64 (not pictured.) Idk.
I read an essay once about how messy people are better than organized people, because messy people have a bigger plan. I don't really think I do, but I know I know where all my shit is. A lot of times my mom gets really pissed and makes me clean it but it never really improves. I just like how it is.
My room isn't as cool as chans or andrews but I like it just the same. Makes me want to start collecting cool stuff to put in it, but there isn't much of a reason if I'm never in it to enjoy it. Like, that stereo hasn't played anything in a year. Go figure. But I do wear the clothes and use most of the shoes and stuff.
Anyway, thanks for looking. I hope you enjoyed this as much as I enjoyed looking at erik and andrews. Questions? go for it.
