Thanks a lot for the link Ners, I wish he presented more mandatory poses though, his moderations suit his physique better but aren't something I can really compare myself to. I can't speak czech so I'm really curious what weight class he competed in there. My guess is lightweight, since it's the second presented one on the page, and it comes after bottom weight.

Oh and Matt, the darker the shade of your skin, the better when competing due to musculature being more evident. Stage lights wash you out the more lighter your skin tone is, so coating yourself with fake tan before a show is necessary.

I have quite a bit of back thickness, but need more width on my lats, from the front though, they might be as wide as Ales'. He has a better chest/delt thickness, but my Tri's and Bicep peak are higher. It's going to take some work but I'm dedicated to it.

Hey everyone. Been kicking my ass in the gym, had the best chest workout of my life last Monday, now it's my Monday gym session every week. I hit it again today of course, and it hurt just is bad. Hell yes.

Had a session with Damon today, hit a lot of nice strings, it was peculiar though, I seemed to be doing some flip whirls/drifters/pdx illusions differently, making them easier on my knee and requiring less effort. I hit some new stuff, mostly run oriented, from what I remember:

Pixie Op Barrage and En-tarrage in the same run.
Bigwalk > Blurry Whirl > PS Whirl > Spinning Whirl
Blurry Whirling Rake > Wauxpin > Whirling Rake to start a run
Pheonix > Bap Drill > PS Whirl
Blurriest > Reverse swirl (Felt cool, first try)
Blurry Merlin > Paradon
Blurry Whirl > Spinning Osis > Pdx whirl BSOS

However, besides all that I hit something that I wanted to hit, and knew I could hit for a long time. Verified by Damon as really clean, I finally hit Venom. Yay, now I can die a happy footbagger. Heh.

Peace out until next update peeps.

Nah, not my dream move, just a great one to finally hit.

Today was gay, I had to re-qual in the gas chamber, my orders to finally get out of military police is at a stand still, I didn't get enough protein in today, and I had to stay at work on my off day for hours on end. Thank god, 52 days left.

Damon is playing better, more consistent with moves like in '99 video footage, his weight fluctuates still however he is trying to lose it and keep it off. He's been doing better with downtime moves which have always been his weakness, like drifter, torque, dlo, and egg. I could put a video out of him, I don't know when we'll kick again however and he would most likely critique the hell out of it.

Sweet pic!

Just read on footbag.cz that Ales won silver in the 75kg in class at that competition that you were discussing earlier.

Was there video?
I've been waiting for a hometown Oregon video with you three for forever! Props, regardless! Toe riptide would be sweeet... triptide? Your "barraging same butterfly" made me realize that I think I named Sunilwalker... 'cause I think Sunil didn't actually want it named that or something.. but it caught on >_____<

Oh yeah, I beat James at Horse, he doesn't know how to x-body rake, I guess I'll have to teach him.

Great session overall, thought my legs would hurt more from working them at the gym the day prior, but I guess they can resist alot when you play for ten hours the previous weekend. Who knew?
