Brag About Your Cooking
i love cooking, my whole family gets into it. i'd have to say i like cooking breakfast foods a lot, omelettes, french toast, waffles deliciousness. we also make this beef tenderloin with bourbon/brown sugar/cream/garlic/and mushroom (shitake and cremini) sauce it's really good. i found this other recipe online, cajun seafood pasta, easily the best pasta i've ever head. try it, except the pepper needs to be cut in half, or else it would be ridiculously hot http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Cajun-Seaf ... etail.aspx

I was watching TV one day, and Kayleigh stepped on the remote, turning on the Food Network Channel. Some lady was making philly steak eggrolls. I got the recipe and made some the other day with fried rice and stir fry veggies. It wasn't bad. I would add to the recipe to season the steak some.
Ha. I got too involved with making my eggrolls that I forgot I was sauteeing the rice. They tasted slightly burnt.

This weekend I made 16 hamburgers for me and my friends. I grilled them, with a bit of salt and pepper for seasoning. Of course i used a charcoal grill, and I made my own special guacamole recipe.
I used three avocadoes, 1 tomato, the juice from a whole lime, and some spices ( onion powder, black pepper, a pinch of red pepper, and a touch of cumin, salt) . When it was time to eat, I place a burger on the wheat bun, put guacamole on top of the burger, and placed another burger on top of the guacamole, and topped it with the top half of the bun. What a delicious meal. Mm Mm

This was the 2nd batch i made this week. Cut off the sides and bottom of the brownies cause they were kinda burnt, but there's peanut butter chips in it. Next time I'll bake em on 275ish. My mom's friend made the coconut ice cream.
Gourmet smoked jambalaya, dehydrated.

I cook a mean breakfast..... Aside from that I'm pretty much useless.
I'm just curious though... Am I the only person who has BBQed a snake? There was a giant copper-head outside one day, so my mum comes running inside screaming because she wants me to kill it...So's I knock it with a shovel , skin it, plop it on the barby' and roast'im up. Kinda' tasted like chicken.
