i was wrong, it didnt really go well. my string length sucked for the most part, and i couldnt even hit any like single moves at all. i dont know why i've felt so damn tired lately. my legs dont seem to have the strength in them lately to hit what i know i can do.
but on the plus side kevin played awesome! he literally shows more promise for a beginner than any i have ever personally played with. i'll let him post about what he was hitting/working on, but believe me, he's gonna be better than me in like a couple weeks tops

like i told him, he doesnt seem to have any of the typical newbie problems like balance, clipper flatness, high sets (he can toe set the bag like a foot above his head effortlessly and he's taller than i am), etc. once he gets the timing down for everything, and just gets the practice time in, he's gonna be rockin house.
also we came up with some rough ideas of how and where to film as well. i cant wait to see what him and fran put together this fall
im definitely planning on taking things a little more easy than i have been. like just going to work, relaxing at home, and playing some bag every couple days. stay out of trouble, and dont go downtown much at all and hopefully shit will settle down and i'll feel a little more well-rested and relaxed. on that exact topic i think im going to go clean and reorganize everything in my room. go through it and trash some stuff. usually makes me feel refreshed. then shower, bed, and work bright and early tomorrow.
