I cannot speak for Paul, since he moved suddenly and disappeared. That was weeks ago. He has been impossible to get ahold of since then. He said he was going for sure, and he confirmed earler in the thread.

In the tradition of overbooking houses, this house has been overbooked. just barely. I can still upgrade to larger house. It will cost approx $150-200, each and that is if you are staying 8 nights.
I have not really heard from many of you. WIll you fork up the dough if I upgrade.

great ben! I have overbooked my house as well. Just so you all (not just ben) are aware they will not allow people into the place to sleep on floors. you will have to have your name on a list to get in. You may have visiters but they will be issued a day pass. see ya ted f
I think they limit guests in/out via the guardshack. And each homeowners rental company kinda patrols to make sure things arent out of hand. Edit- Chris, we can just be a gay couple so they cant mess with us
I am not sure how they enforce it but if caught you will violate your contract and be evicted immediately and lose your deposit. If it is like most gated communities they check every car and every person in that car. So it might be possible to park off site and jump a fence or ride in with someone else, but is it woth it?
no i wouldnt suggest doing anything risky. but if all these houses have like 10 people staying in them and many of them are 3-4 bedrooms, there is a problem that needs a solution before everyone arrives.
