Don't worry, if we stay dedicated to practicing as much as possible, we will get better :)

Well I just did a little Worlds shopping today. I bought some really good socks. (Black. No show.) A toothbrush holder. New shampoo and cond. I've already got good hairties and hair bands. Super importante'. I think I'll be good once I get a few more things. Also I got some new school supplies I needed + 1 cheese pizza.

I hope to shred later.

8O Worlds...... 8O :D

Worlds is off to a great start. Matt Cross, Aaron, Tina and (soon) Mike Hanson are at my house. Its un-real. Sam is picking up Mike right now with Matt. We all went to the grocery store for some worlds food. I'm stoked on tommarow but not stoked about driving. PLus I need to be better organized.

See you all soon,
ash

I started my day off bright and early.

Tina, Mike and I left for Orlando this morning for the Footbag Instruction thing. Before leaving I put $30 bucks into the gas tank ( :x ) and bought some almonds. (gas is a biatch) Driving to Orlando wasn't bad at all. Firstly we went to the WWofSports, which was not the right place. Then we went to the resort, the correct place. Once we got there we didn't know where the hell it was in the All Star Sports Resort. Its basically a huge cafe with tons of tourists. Finally a Polish footbagger recognized me and we found the place. It was way in the back of the cafe. They should have had a sign or something. So I dropped off Mike and Tina and came back to Lakeland. And now I'm waiting to take the rest of everyone else to Orlando, probably a little later. So far everything is going like planned with the exception of not being able to find the footbag instruction site. Bummer.

I hope that everything else runs smoothly.

I hope my car doesn't die from all of this.

PEACE

Worlds

Wed, Day 1- Meeting Matt Cross. Such a cool, original guy. Picked him up at midnight from the airport.

Thurs-Day 2 - Matt gave me a stitching lesson while watching some trippy movie. He played some music, we went to some stores, basically hung out and kicked a bit before worlds officially started.

Friday, Day 3 - Getting ready for worlds + picked up Aaron Orton, Tina, Mike Hanson at the airport that night. It was a full house.

Sat, Day 4 - Tina, Mike and I left early because they needed to go to the footbag instructor training thing. Finding the place was a bitch, but we managed. I dropped them off, drove back to Lakeland, got everyone else together and drove back to go to Terra Verde.

When we first arrived, we went to Tom Moshers house first. It was the first time meeting him. Hes very cool. Sam and I were staying at Johnny Sudermans house, and he wasnt there yet so we just chilled at the clubhouse and did some shopping nearby. Then we loaded up the car and went to the All Star Resort.

I loved check in because right when you walk in you see so many familiar faces. Emily K was the first one to greet me I think. Shes the best. Ever.
After that I can't really recall. I know that we started kicking outside where there were loads of more freestylers. I kicked with John Schneider.

After check we went to back Terra Verde where our house was finally open. IT was so nice. Lots of great footbaggers in our house. Plus next door was David's house which was nice. And across the street was Phil Morrisons house. :)

The rest of the week summarized: Time of my life.
random:
The parties were amazing.
Our house went mini golfing.:)
WE NEED A FOOTBAG TOWN. It was amazing seeing footbaggers at the local grocery store.
Footbaggers were just roaming the streets of Terra Verde! Every house had something going on, people kicking, stitching, juggling, hanging out, or whatever.
Chad D's birthday party was INSANE. I missed seeing his reaction because of Aaron Orton!(i forgive you)
Amazing shred by Tina which totally inspires me.
I loved playing pool with my pool buddies Phil, Lon, and Jim.
I loved seeing David again, and going out to dinner with his family.

Highlighted peeps:
Sam- everything
Tina-So nice, so good at footbag.
Emily-Too cool for me. She was injured which I was bummed about :(, but still shredded and got 3rd for routines. Propz to her.
David- what is there to say really? he made bap. 3 great dropless routines.
Alex- Alex is so funny, and such an all around great guy from the little I know about him. Hes like david, which make them great friends.
Phil M- So nice. So glad to have met him. Really liked him. Great at pool, but not great enough to beat me  . We had some good times. Wish I stayed and partied with him on that last night.
Aaron- aka "the ladies man" I'm glad I met him. He eats 12 eggs a day. i just cant get over that. hes a great footbag player.
Erik Chan- Hes one of the sweetest guys ever. He made bubble tea for everyone and it was SO good. I wish I had some right now.
Jordan- didn't talk to him hardly ever but hes inspired me too.
Jim- Hes fun to play pool and hang out with.
Lon- Lon is random. and STILL great at footbag and STILL one of my favorite freestylers.
Stephen Barnes- Parties way too much. Overall very nice and appreciative of the rides I gave him.

I gave everyone and there mom rides around. It was fun, but sometimes to overwhelming. I'll never forget Sunday taking 9 people in my SUV that fits 5. 8O

Oh yeah. My shred 30. What a disaster. I was SO upset by it. Literally crying. I'm still pissed with it too. I guess I have to get over it. A lot of people told me that it happens to everyone. I just really wanted to do well, its Worlds! O well. Another worlds. All I can do now is practice harder. Which is what I intend on doing.

Ugh. My left ankle is giving me trouble. I just sessioned and it felt weak. Even as I walk on it I feel like my knee wants to give in because my ankle isn't supportive like before. idk what happened. its nothing major, just will probably take time.

grrrr....

My parents tore up the carpet in one of the bedrooms and have put down hardwood floor. Right now my house has the perfect shred room. An opportunity I'm missing out on right now because of my ankle. :(

On a side note, I dislike boring teachers.... a lot. Humanities is almost impossible to sit through.

I only went to like 4 classes, but my humanities class seemed like it would have been really fun, and I was kind of sad to have to quit. The teacher was super outgoing and funny. Sorry your class sounds boring. :?
