Muscle Memory (plus extra sweet learning)

Post by mosher »

Hey all,

I have gotten into doing flips and shit and this one guy in that community (that goes by Dogen) has made several tutorial videos that can be sorta cross applied to us to learn some useful stuff.

I posted it in my blog, then Ben Joshi posted it in getting started, I think it should all go here in General Footbag, though.

I have to go to work, but have a look at those and his other ones.

Anyways, enjoy and most of all LEARN!

The muscle memory thing is SO TRUE, but the tips he gives don't all go one-on-one for footbag. (That's one reason I'm doing the training program research)

The titanium ankle thing definately helps. And yeah, we don't use our entire body so 6 reps wouldn't do much, haha. Good idea behind it though, and we can steal a lot of the ideas behind other sports that are similar. I never thought about it like that. Oh yeah, and the video about conditioning should be mentioned too. It's not a tutorial, but still a good idea that's expressed really well. I'd post it myself, but I'm at school right now...
