well, i was always lean i used to be real ripped but skinny

freshman year 6'0 140
sophmore year 6'1 160
junior year 6'2 185
now mid way senior year 6'2 215

i just kept progressing, ive done some creatine, ALOT of protein always and ive bin lifting for 2 years straight, a lot of kids at my school pull the steroids card

but i take it as a compliment, my dad is pretty big 6'3 235 and he was always like dont wry ull get bigger, cuz i guess the same thing happened to him but yea im kinda all natural i guess.

Your amazing for your age J. Start incorporating more middle and lower back exercises like deadlifts, bent rows, and t-bar rows and you will explode. In addition, start prioritizing triceps over biceps, they are more of your arm and make it look much bigger.

thanks a lot maraxus, yea i really do need to do my lower back, cuz my lat spread is like hugeee, then i have nothing really underneathe them. and yea i usually do arms evenly but ill throw some more tris in there

the lower back lifts are what ive bin waiting for
