Hi all.
I ve playing footbag 9 month and for this time i can make 8-12 guiltless, tripless sick 3, and such 5 add tricks:
Pixie Symposium Reverse Whirl, PDX Dada Curve, Phoenix.
Tell me please, is that good progress or not?

Yep that's great.

The only thing that truly matters at your stage is getting those basics efficient and effortless on both sides.

The hard stuff can wait.

Id say the main point now is to avoid injuries. Step back and practice the easy moves till you hit loooong runs and that will build up your support muscles.
