Do you shred to music?
Do you shred to music?
Did a search but didn't think any topic really applied to this
Pretty straightforward question here, Do you normally shred to music? Maybe some of the time, but not all the time? Do you use speakers or headphones/earbuds? Switch it up?
Was just wondering about others'.

I voted some of the time because I play with music whenever the option is available, but sometimes there's no music player and / or electricity.
I like interesting, well-composed techno because it provides a steady rhythm to play to usually, and is fun to listen to. Gypsy jazz is another favorite of mine.

I voted some of the time, but I generally don't listen to music during solo sessions. I usually find that if the song is a fast paced one, I'll try to play harder, and ultimately drop more. I haven't been as bad with this recently though. If I bring my laptop with me to kick, I'll put on music. I do also have an armband for my ipod, but my headphones aren't that good for it
edit: I might've clicked the wrong option, not sure. but I'm "some of the time"

Got an iPhone and iPod Touch with a portable player that takes 4aa batteries.
When I am in wifi range I stream Slacker Radio on a "Club Hits" dance channel or Panadora on a hip hop channel. When I can't get wifi I use the iPhone. When Pandora runs out of time (40 hours max) or slacker cannot connect (also free) I am forced to rely on the crap music I have stolen....err borrowed from friends over the years. Which means every Eminem song known to man -thanks Orton

I would definitely prefer to listen to music everytime I play footbag. It keeps me in rhythm and I really play that much better to the beat.
Any hip hop with a good beat, or anything that builds up to something intense, like godspeed etc.
For the first 3 or 4 years of footbag, i never played without music, so I am really use to it now.
