Jorden, I am not dissing your set names at all because you are so damn good but I have been hitting symp. slicing for about 3 months and I thought that splicing would be a better name for it :(

I'm confused Jorden:

I thought slicing was symp gyro rev swhirling??? When have you hit it not symposium. All the times you hit it at worlds it looked symposium and we were all refering to it as slicing????
please explain

Well Aaron, sounds like we've both had the set for roughly the same amount of time. To reach a mutual agreement -- yeah, I guess the name splicing sounds fine. Props on the set!!

Lessee:
- lawnmoir is non symp. (never hit it symp.)
- 9 times out of 10 I hit slicing mirage non symp. (hit it once symp. over the week)
- any time I throw both legs over at once (ie. liquefier) that's symp., but doesn't feel like a completely uptime set. I dunno.

Hope that helps.

i like the names slicing and dicing, but i just thought the symposium one should be slicing, since it begins with S, like symposium.

hmm sounds like theres not going to be a clear idea of who hit this set first... bit like Irish Cream with lynton and peter... i think slicing and dicing sounds alot better, cos they are complementary names like pixie and fairy.. the slicing and dicing thing is a nice word play type thingy... i guess if its not clear, it will come down to whoever is hitting these moves to call it what they want... and the everyone else will follow what they like?

i dunno... tough situation! i couldnt hit either so perhaps my yap should shut... now

Well, I agree with Chris's statement about the "s" being implemented for symposium but since Slicing is already the base name that can't be changed now. I also like Dicing but when relating to pixie and fairy you have to realize that those two are completely different sets. This is only seperated by a symposium, grabbing the "p" makes sense in my opinion. When I get back to the states and start filming some of the moves I can hit out of this set you will also understand that "splicing" makes sense.
