nah Bjoern i think marmalade is made a bit differently, and u use the skins or rinds of the fruit in making it, like you leave them in there, so its chunky when u spread it

Yeah marmalade is definitly different. I think the citrus idea is correct although I'm no expert. My mum (Sally) made the marmalade so you'll have to ask her any questions. I just eat it
- I presume she made the apricot jam too (which is my favourite kind of jam - apart from a footbag jam) but I'm not sure - my step Dad makes a lot of jams and stuff too.
