Erik, talking to them was terrible. I was telling them to stop and they just repeated "Come on, come on!". But I think trying to fight with them would be much worse.
About my exercises for belly. I googled a pretty nice training called "Aerobiczna szóstka Weidera". There are six exercises in it. Check this image:
It's in Polish language but it's easy to understand how it should work.
You have a table on the left. The first column says which day we have. The second column says how many series should you do in this day. And the last column says how many times should you repeat every exercise in one serie.
On the right you have a description of the exercises. As you can see, in every one you raise a bit your back and head to tense your belly's muscles and after 3 seconds you lower it to the ground. It is important to do this movement using your belly and not your head or back. And now, differents between the exercises:
1. Every time you raise your body you have to raise one leg in the way you see on the picture. You have to keep your arms over your knees and don't touch them. When you do this with both legs you count "1". And you have to repeat it as many times as you have in the table. For example, in the first day you raise your body in this exercise 12 times.
2. Arms in the same position but you raise both legs. Ths time you count "1" on every raising, so in the first day you have to do it six times.
3. and 4. Everything the same as in 1. and 2. except the position of arms. You just have to have them on your neck.
5. Arms are still on your neck. You raise your body only once for the whole exercise. While raising your body you move your legs like in 1. but without stopping for 3 seconds and without putting legs on the ground. So it's a pretty fast exercise. In the first day you have to do this thing 6 times for every leg so it's 12 changes of legs in the exercise.
6. I think this one is pretty easy to understand form the image.
After you did whole six exercises you have one serie done.
I wish you luck with this because it's fucking hardcore for the belly

.
PS. Here are pictures of the bag I stitched for myself and had written about before:
