Nice vid there. one thing i noticed was one thing I was, and still probably am very guilty of, and thats as your string progresses, you lean forward and hunch up over the bag.
Take one trick you can do b2b (legovers (switch) is a good one) and focus on keeping your back straight and using only your eyes and a bit of tilt in your head and neck to look down. Its something which will pay dividends when it comes to learning uptimes like open set, as well as other components like ducking/diving etc.

hey guys. Things are going great footbag wise ive started to really concentrate on staying on my toes for the entire session, even when im pacing back and forth taking a brake just to make it habit. consequently everything is much better my new records are
strong ss clipperX9
flip ss clipperX7
clip>op clipX8
b2b legoversX11
on another note i gt a full membership to LA fitness mainly so i can play during the winter, but im going to take some strength training classes.

If you keep a bag on you at all times, theres nothing to stop you busting out some barefoot toestalls/atws/otehr toe tricks while your not doing anything. I do it all the time; waiting for the kettle to boil / food to cook means you can easily squeeze in a little light practice.
10 or so ATWs here, another ten or so there... it all adds up, and you might find yourself practicing a move a hundred times in a day with no effort
