I wasn't sure if I should post this in the Tournies and Footbag Travel Thread so i'll put it here.

I'm just getting back into footbag and finally found some motivation to begin practicing freestyle. I have quite a few bags from stichers here (Hania, Matt Cross, Cale McCoy and Brian "Bear" to name a ...

I was also wondering if anyone knew, or could make, a good video that shows how to properly stretch. I've read a little bit about stretches but it is much easier to follow a video.

I have an Abshire bag I got from freedom footbags and it's great. It took a little while to work in and is lighter than I like, but a nice bag overall. I'm also on my second Hania bag that I ordered here. They are very nice and I highly recommend trying them.

Do what Joe said and take out some of the pellets. If it feels too light, you could add some BBs to give it that extra weight required for the perfect stall. Bags are meant to be about half full but everyone is unique. Finding the right weight and fill will help you a lot.

Moxie, which method of lacing on that site you posted above do you recommend is the best? I've had method 2 in my lavers since I bought them. They seem good and never reallyt hought about trying a new method. Any suggestions?

I dont get any special shoe, I just use my regular shoes I bought last year, shoes dont make much of a difference to me.

Yea, it'll take some time to learn it. Some of the tricks on there are hard to understand (to me atleast).

I still kick around in circles and stuff since I just came to modified. I have to learn to freestyle which will take me a little while.

I beat my record last night when I was trying to see what my average was. I got 427. Pretty good considering I just got my own bag.

that's a lot of reading...oh well, I eventually under stand it all. Thanks for the help.
