They actulaly aren't used to treat pain. They are used to prevent future wearing of the joints. They help the joints become more flexible and lubricated, relieving stress on them.

Actually, my father had them suggested by his doctor as a long term pain reliever. And they do lessen everyday joint ...

I'm sorry, but there's no way juggling is a good aerobic workout. THat would be good if you had heart problems and couldnt do anything that would strain you, but you look like you're 19-20 at most. Juggle with light bowling balls and you're onto something, otherwise you're wasting your time.

You can even make custom ones of these shoes on the nikefree website. Whatever color you want. You could have them made completely black, every single part of the shoe if you wanted.

OK i actually read the article and i see what thier main point is. Stretching can be detrimental to people who don't have the muscle to support the now looser joints so injury can occur. They seem to be mostly talking about people who do just yoga or just pilates or just stretch alot to do a little ...

I dont buy anything that says stretching is bad in any way. I rock climb 3 days a week and not stretching beforehand makes a huge difference in how quickly i get tired, how easy it is to transition from one hold to another, and keeps me from getting muscle cramps if i have to hold myself in a funny ...

Fact is almost everyone craves recognition, even if only on a minute level.
I'm pretty lax about it, but when i do get it i can't help but smile ya know? Especially when it's unexpected.

I guess it's different for everyone, i smoke a bowl almost once a day and i hold a good job, have a wife, live in a nice big house, work out regularly, etc

For me it just helps me keep my mind from racing all over the place and i can concentrate on stuff easier although not as intensely for obvious ...

Also try some resistance style ankle exercises involving that rubber tubing stuff or the elastic bands. gotta strengthen the muscles around the ankle to help support it better.

I'm warning you guys though seriously... THey're expensive shoes and wearing them to shread would mess them up in no time at all. The outer material is not made for stuff where your foot might shift around in the shoe sideways alot. Also it's easy to roll your ankle in shoes where the whole outer ...

Whatever you do, send them an actual tape/dvd. Every single video i've ever downloaded of freestyle is utter and absolute crap quality(compression i'm guessing), considering what the viewer is supposed to be following is smaller than a golfball and usually/often somewhat dark colored. If you can't ...
