Tissue-stress theory:
http://www.latrobe.edu.au/podiatry/tissuestressB.html

Pretty much:
Excessive stress over time to the bone may lead to fractures.
Reducing that stress won't cause fractures.
If a mild fracture occurs, reducing the stress to the affected tissue to the right degree will allow it ...

I think equipment, technique and natural flexibility are the most important factors when it comes to hitting moves. Technique you can change as long as you're willing to work for it and equipment can be changed by either coming up with new models for shoes (which is probably a little past due) or ...

It's never easy losing friends, but sometimes they just change so much that they really aren't on the same level of thought anymore. Not necessarily higher or lower, just... different.

Maybe it's not so much a pride thing with him but that he really does want to make something out of his current ...

I don't know.. I'm presuming Rob exercised his judgement in doing what he. It's a bit unfair to ask someone to exercise anything but one's own judgement.

Or at least that's how I think it went...

Will there be negative adds soon to makes adds represent relative difficulty for moves such as dada curve? I understand where it's all coming from but by the time we've given adds to everything to show the relative difficulty between moves there'd be so many add components it would look a little ...

I can see why someone might consider it, although the idea never crossed my mind even though I used to have this one account that recieved up to 70 spams a day.

But no, I think there'd be too large a fuss about it for any that sort of measure comes in.

Hmm... imagine if they had an internet for ...

When I first started, I started with people that self-served so I find no problem to it. But I think I can see two possible reasons why people discourage it:

If there's no self-serving, it's not quite as easy to hog the bag. I'm sure people have had experiences where someone's self-served to ...

But I'd have to disagree with myself about concurring with the proposition. It's already happened, is happening and will continue to happeneding ...

As a reply to Chris Holden's post regarding his past with the church. I do agree that some people do use religion as a vehicle to make money and this can give religion a bad name. But all because one person, or even 99% of the people who claim to be a part of that religion, does it, it doesn't mean ...

Sidewalk vs Stepping clipper (difficulty)

Hi all,
Bit of a dumb post really but everyone I've spoken to, which admittedly isn't THAT many people, says that stepping clipper is harder than sidewalk. Just out of interest, what do you think?

It's an awesome idea. And I don't think there's one person who wouldn't want it to happen. I'm not too familiar with the geography around America but if it's pretty well centralised around lots of players I don't see why it couldn't go ahead.

It may get sticky but perhaps if there's a part ...

I'd say style is most important in the long run. Almost anyone can appreciate an ugly looking, but extremely difficult run for a while, but it gets tiresome pretty quickly. People appreciate style longer and, from personal experience, the fun of hitting a relatively hard move continuosly wears off ...
