i've hit pinch to atw (bet nobody has hit that), pinch to datw, pinch in/out dex pinch, thats it. I'd really like to see some footage of pinch ducking stuff, sounds sick.

Make sure you've followed the link 'save to my computer' under the heading finish my movie. Sounds like your trying to open the project file. But if your opening a wmv, then you've stumped me. Hope i helped.

I started to think about using the jogging weights thats one would use around their ankles for a more intense jogging session. Has anyone tryed this before for footbag, i don't have any so i was just curious... and if it helps out regular sessions, i might try it.

I put mine back in a ponytail, but i 've found it still kinda gets in the way with ducking. I havn't done a lot of practicing with this so maybe its just my technique that can be fixed, but does anyone else with a ponytail have the same problem.
