your leg? Which joint? knee? hip? (im guessing not ankle)

the best thing to do for your injury is to attempt to determine whether it is a muscle injury or not - this can be done by speaking to a physical therapist, doctor, dance instructor, martial artist, massuse, or chiropractor

most every injury has ways to speed the healing process - some injuries if gone unchecked can become serious and or/permanent

you are literally on the OTHER side of the country
geez

anyway

Ill tell you something I learned at school - and someone tried to tell me it before but I didn't listen, so its okay if you don't listen/accept/act on it or whtaever

...

We are really lucky to have school - school gives us the chance to decide what we want to do with our life before we have to work super hard . If you can suck it up and bear with the boring subjects by finding a way to be interested in them - and bear with the loser teachers and kids - by knowing that you will move on to better things

then u can get out of school and get accepted and hopefully scholarship into a nice college (IN LOS ANGELES [unless i move]) jk
anyway

when u are feeling like, damn i have to sit through this boring ass US history class with a droning crappy lecture - try reading the text book - try imagining the situatinos described - thinking that real people were there and all these situations are our HISTORY and led up to us being here right now

if you are in the crappy economics or math class - just make up games to get u goin - anything - its WORTH IT

the alternative is to be bored as hell and barily get by

i did this - and i regret it

well anyway - u gotta do what u gotta do - unless u try and do something else - but then u had to gotta try - yes

----
so about that leg.... does it still hurt? have u massaged it and stretched? where is the pain exctly?

good luck ashley girl shredder - u are so cool - ill hit u up on aim when i c ya

The pain is at my joint. Ive taken a week off so i dont know if it will re-occur next time i kick, wich will either be today or tommaorw. I massaged it a couple of times. so i dunno, if it comes back Im definitly going to get it checked out.
And about school, its just bad timing for me.

Today me and Sam had a "tight" session. Both of us recovering from being sick, so nothing to crazy. I didnt bust well, but Sam hit some good stuff. Hes got highlights in his blog, so check that. Im not going to beat myself up for shitty sessions anymore. Its all good.

Footbaggers, it has been a long time. I dont really know why I havent been up on mod, but i havent. I just got back from work. I got home from the airport at 4:45 and went to work at 5. As some know, i was in the Duncan commercial with Chris Pinkus, Emily Kulczyk, and Sam Colclough<3. SO much fun! and yet, so much sorness.

Getting there was a frickin bitch. Sam and i got at the airport to find all computers down. After hours, we left for Denver. Arrive at Denver 1:00am. Bleh, I was really feeling shitty. At the airport I was almost in tears because of how stressfull it had been for me. Just cause it was so late, and that they didnt know if we could get on any flights tommarow to LA because they were all overbooked, and we had to take a shuttle to some hotel. Anyways, we get on a shuttle half hour later, and got to the hotel. Sam bought some pizza and burgers, we took some good pictures.

The next day we were lucky to grab a flight to LA at like 10 something. FIRST CLASS. that was really nice to have. just plain luck that we got it. So we get to LAX in the afternoon. i think 11:30. In the van were people for the shoot + Emily and Chris. From there we went out to eat, then to Venice.
VENICE IS SICK! took some nice pics of me and sam along the beach. i will post pics after they develope.
After that, to Sam's crib were i got to meet CHAD! that was a highlight. The guy that me and david were once gawking at in JS2LW was giving me a high five and then shredding with me. Chad kicked everyones ass in 4 quare. Chris is pretty good at it too.
BTW Chis is super funny and he dosent try to be.

After shred, California Pizza Kitchen. Me, Sam, Emily, Chris and Chad eating pizza = fun.
We hacked outside while waiting for the table, that was cool.

uhhh after dinner we went to Chris's house to attempt to watch FR, but it didnt work on Chris's DVD player. So sam is now trying to fix that.

next-sleep.

Day 2, woke up 730.....more like, miraculously stood.

The van picked us up at 8:30 and we were off to downtown. Filming at random places. Im surprised they let us do advanced stuff. Chris was busting, so was Sam and Emily. Went to some parks, mall, and then another park. Finished up, took some group pictures, drove to our cars, and said our goodbyes.
Im really gald i met Chris and Emily.

Duncan bag review: After playing with it, its definitly better than some crochet piece of shit youd find at the grocery store. Kinda big. It aint no Abshire, or Emilys fake duncan  . Im impressed though.

They say that the commercial will be done middle of Feb. And Mark (producer) also said we could have any other footy we want. So it will be posted at a later time.

Im happy I went. My next stop is CSS.
