your leg? Which joint? knee? hip? (im guessing not ankle)
the best thing to do for your injury is to attempt to determine whether it is a muscle injury or not - this can be done by speaking to a physical therapist, doctor, dance instructor, martial artist, massuse, or chiropractor
most every injury has ways to speed the healing process - some injuries if gone unchecked can become serious and or/permanent
you are literally on the OTHER side of the country
geez
anyway
Ill tell you something I learned at school - and someone tried to tell me it before but I didn't listen, so its okay if you don't listen/accept/act on it or whtaever
...
We are really lucky to have school - school gives us the chance to decide what we want to do with our life before we have to work super hard . If you can suck it up and bear with the boring subjects by finding a way to be interested in them - and bear with the loser teachers and kids - by knowing that you will move on to better things
then u can get out of school and get accepted and hopefully scholarship into a nice college (IN LOS ANGELES [unless i move])
anyway
when u are feeling like, damn i have to sit through this boring ass US history class with a droning crappy lecture - try reading the text book - try imagining the situatinos described - thinking that real people were there and all these situations are our HISTORY and led up to us being here right now
if you are in the crappy economics or math class - just make up games to get u goin - anything - its WORTH IT
the alternative is to be bored as hell and barily get by
i did this - and i regret it
well anyway - u gotta do what u gotta do - unless u try and do something else - but then u had to gotta try - yes
----
so about that leg.... does it still hurt? have u massaged it and stretched? where is the pain exctly?
good luck ashley girl shredder - u are so cool - ill hit u up on aim when i c ya
PEASSSSSSSSSSSS
