Session on tired legs today, back to boxing after 3 week break = hell
I figured out I can get wireless in my garage, so now I dont have to worry about remembering things I hit. So expect random thoughts throughout my sessions.

Blurrier bsos
torque > blender bsos
run with pixie paradon and pixie ss double down bsos
drilling tons of pdx whirls and spinning butterflies

I really need to figure out ducking whirl. I can hit ducking whirls easier if I dont plant my foot after the set, however I don;t feel like it would be as consistent as if I were to learn with a plant. I cannot figure this out. I think I am not starting my whirl early enough and whirling fast enough.

Ducking whirl bsos, I think I figured it out. I was trying to turn my hips as if I were doing pdx whirls, however it was being kicked away by the toes of my clipper delay. I stopped turning my hips, and wallah! easy

Finished session with 25 blenders bs.

Short session tonight. I hate this semester already.

Warmed up with:
Gyro clipper x 24
Osis x 50

Got mad with my strong spinning so I drilled the hell out of it. My ankle is hurting from over-cranking it.

Very shitty last few days :(

That sucks man... but that's a ton of gyro clippers! I'm lucky if I hit gyro clipper bsos :/ it's pretty weak for me still.

I just found out my schedule for first semester (classes start on the 14th I think...). I have 3 days starting at 8:30, one at 9:30 and one at 10:30 :D gonna be a good one I think!

Frustrated with spinning, I can relate -_-

Been feeling a bit better, except for messing up my elbow at boxing. I'm not quite sure what happened. I know I'm not hyper extending it because it happens when the guy comes in close and I can't extend my jab all the way. Either way, it is probably the worst pain I have ever encountered. I am, however, still able to shred.

Tonights session went pretty well despite having run 5 miles yesterday with some sprints and backpedals.

48 contact string of ducking/diving/zulu/weaving
First gyro eggbeaters
pixie drifter > tombstone
Gangsta party came on on my playlist, so i figured I would give it a try. 3rd try, hit and sealed.

Buncha other random cool stuff.
Peace

Still haven't been able to box, almost been a week now :(

Been playing whenever my legs are fresh. Today I had a decent drill session, mostly blender and eggbeater stuff.

Crispy drifter > bubba > tapdown bsos, having trouble linking this drill to rpt it.

Ripwalk > pdx blender rpt

Pdx blender > ripwalk bsos

matador > far symp swirl

run with stepping near blender, food, and bedwetter

drilled vortex bs

fixed my flip stepping, I was putting no hips into it

That about sums it up

pdx whirl > symp whirl rpt

toe drifter > symp whirl > dlo rpt. This took a long time because it was a hard delay to symp whirl out of, having never really drilled symp whirls.

double spinning clipper bs

flail > dso rpt

Back to boxing, and I feel 10x better. I dominated in sparring, felt like a professional. Late night session of footbag, mostly drilling.

Run with smear x 10 bsos
pdx whirl > pdx blender bsos
stepping whirl > blurry whirl bsos
drilled swirls both sides.. I dont think I will ever get this trick
gyro legover > dod rpt
decent run with quantum and atomic stuff

Too much homework to play any longer than 45 min :(

30 min session:
Spinning whirl, ducking whirl bsos.. I think they are getting better
blurriest bsos
stepping ss whirl > blurry whirl rpt > run with pixie whirl and shuffle

Have a fight October 16th, Universities of Nevada vs Military academies, time to get in super shape.

Tonight I figured I would try Nemesis since I had been drilling other components all week. Footed 6 on camera, I think the last dex may be a little thin.

I haven't played footbag for about 2 weeks now, ever since I found out about my fight. I fight in Las Vegas on Friday the 22nd. This will be my hardest fight yet, lets hope I can keep the fire. As soon as this is over, I am going to stuff my face and get back to playing footbag :)

Wish me luck
