so after some rapid editing and suffering from dead batteries, we have uploaded a wee bit of routines from GFO05 to www.footbag.org.

Everything here has been more than superb and ppl present have witnessed the biggest footbag event in the history of our little sport - ca 2400 paying ...

What me and rrendsvig have been doing in order practice hard moves is the following:
Be two persons, have 3-5 tries each, and then start busting that hard trick (or combo). it's nice coz you get to recover while the other person is trying.
