If you can't get the insole out, then you're not trying hard enough. If you want it to be easier to pull out, soak them in very hot water. This will eliminate the glue.

I personally think all of these come out a bit cheesy. But it's not like you're showing middleschool/highschool kids but some times trying to spread the sport through systematic ways will just put more kids off to thinking it's lame.

Me and my friend both have Rod Lavers and we agree they are completely uncomfortable. Can't even walk home in them.
