Were you shredding with a crochet, or would you bring toss a freestyle bag into the circle?

Anyways, nice footage. It's interesting to see a shredder's fluid motions juxtaposed against the kickers' choppier ones.

You might want to check out vinyl dye. It comes in a spray can, just like spraypaint, but it actually soaks into whatever it is you spray it on instead of just sticking to the top. You can find it at automotive stores.

Note, I haven't tried it myself, so I can't attest to how well it will work.

I know this doesn't help you recover your old bags, but use Priority. Usually it is only a couple of bucks more than standard 1st class, but they seem to take better care of your stuff. I have sent and received a lot of stuff with USPS Priority no problem.

Sometimes you just have to try and fail over and over until you finally get it. When I first tried around the worlds, it seemed impossible to move my foot that fast. Now I've got the dex down, it's the ending stall that still gives me troubles sometimes.

It works alright, but I find that the toe box has a tendency to close up after playing for a while.

Those brown leather ones look nice. I might get a pair for just walking around. Added bonus, the surfaces are still pretty good for circle kicking which I do a lot with friends.

I will say it helps working with another person for a little bit of friendly competition and 1-upmanship. It keeps you motivated. If you can't find someone who already plays well, find somebody that would be interested in getting into shred along with you. That's what I did.

I still circle kick a lot. I'm a newbie at shredding, but I have been hacking for a couple of years. It's always fun to be able to pull a basic stall and still impress people in a hack circle. Then occasionally you'll run accross that guy who has been hacking for 20 years that puts many of shredders ...

I like to find a concrete bench with a sharp corner. Then I place the crochet bag on the corner, and grind it around with my foot. It breaks them in pretty fast.
